Shipping Policy:

  • Dispatch and Delivery time :

We are focused on delivering your order within the given time frame, however, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays or other unforeseen may impact delivery time.

  • Damaged and returned goods:

To ensure that your order arrives at your door steps in good condition we only associate with reputed courier agencies. We take vigorous precaution when it comes to packing our goods.

In a situation where the product you have received is in a bad condition or if the packaging is damaged or the package is not sealed at the time of delivery, do not accept the product.

If you find the product in such conditions we will consider you eligible for a refund or a replacement against the same provided we receive the original receipt and goods with the original packaging within 10 days of delivery, shipped to us on our address.

Once the product is received by us and inspected, the customer will receive a replacement or refund within 7-10 business days. 

**Returns on an item without a receipt will not be accepted.**

  • International shipping :

We currently ship anywhere in India where our courier partners are available. At present we do not ship internationally. We will update the page when we begin shipping overseas.
